5th grade

Welcome!!!!

I am looking forward to another great year, here at St. Pius X.  This is my third year at St. Pius X and I am a life long resident of the area.

My philosophy of education is that we are all life-long learners.  Mistakes, accidents, wrong answers, and bad choices are really just opportunities to learn in disguise.

I will be teaching Math to all three sections of 5th grade.  We will be developing our problem solving and critical thinking skills. In addition to Mathematics (no pun intended) I will be teaching English Language Arts, Science, and Religion. Throughout the school year a strong focus will be placed on developing our reading and writing skills. 

I look forward to meeting you at our open house on September 28th.
