Week of 11-23-09

7th Grade: We will be looking at the historical origins and spread of Islam this week.  We have also been working on compare and contrast answers in LA and Social Studies, the 7th grade will be doing a compare and contrast of Islam and Christianity on Tuesday.

8 Grade: We are beginning to study the U.S. Government which is chapter 8 the textbook.  The students will be looking at the basic principles, functions of the different levels of government, and the role the government plays in their lives.
