Dear Parents,

Happy Valentine's Day!  Pre-K 2 will be having their party on Monday, at 9:15 AM, students have a free dress day!  Students should arrive at the regular time for class.  Pre-K 1 and Pre-K 3 will have their parties on Tuesday, students will have a free dress day on this day.  Pre-K 1 will have their party at 9:15 AM, and Pre-K 3 will have their party when they arrive, starting with bringing their favorite sandwich!  A list was sent home last week for each class with students names, for making out Valentines.

Last week, we worked on dinosaurs!  We also worked on the letter Nn and practiced printing.  The children listened to stories about dinosaurs, graphed their favorite dinosaur and roared like dinosaurs!  We also learned about how God made the earth and the dinosaurs.

This week, we will continue working with dinosaurs.  We will be reviewing the letters of the alphabet that we have already learned and we will be continue practicing printing our names, letters, and numbers.  We will continue discussing Lent, and how God made the earth.

The evening of February 16th is an Open House at St. Pius from 6-8 PM.  

We have a 1/2 day on Friday, February 17th.  The following week is our winter break and we do not have any classes.

We will be going outside when the weather permits, so please dress your child accordingly.  We will not be going outside to play in the snow-we will stay on pavement when we go out, so there is not a need for snowpants.
