This website is a wonderful source for teachers looking for resources to go along with a huge variety of trade books used for guided reading etc... 

It lists challenge words, a summary, several types of comprehension questions and other activities that go right along with the text. 

All the books are listed alphabetically (there are HUNDREDS!).  Just pick the letter that your book starts with and scroll down to find the title.  It will come up as a Word document that can be printed or copied into another Word Document so it can be modified or saved. 

This site is an AMAZING TIME SAVER for us busy teachers...ENJOY!!

 

 

     

Storyline Online

Actors read stories aloud on this online video streaming website. The original book artwork is shown (sometimes with animation) while the story is read. Each story also comes with activities and lesson ideas.  This site can be found under Reading and Writing (or click above).
