First Grade Grading Scale

In first grade, we will be using the following grading scale:  O, S+, S, S-, and U.

O:  Outstanding! Your child has a good understanding of the skill/concept.

S+:  Satisfactory Plus.  Your child is still developing the skill/concept.

S:  Satisfactory.  Your child is still developing the skill/concept but needs more practice.

S-: Satisfactory minus.  Your child needs more time to develop the skill/concept.

U:  Unsatisfactory.  Your child does not have a good understanding of skill/concept and needs more practice and time to develop.
