Accelerated Reader is a program that will strengthen your child's reading comprehension skills.  Hopefully, you will be able to access this program on your computer at home.  If not, I will try to find time for your child to do it in school.

Most of our stories from the hard back readers are accessible on this program.  After reading the stories at school, your child may take a quiz on it.

After your child logs in he/she is to go to Take a  Quiz and then Take a Reading Practice Quiz. We are not going to do the other quizzes at this time. Type in the author or title of the book/story your child wishes to take a quiz on.  When it appears, click on it.  Your child will have 3 quiz choices.  I prefer your child takes the 3rd choice-Book/story read independently.  The quiz will then appear.

If your child clicks the wrong quiz and begins, let me know and I will delete it.

I will be able to monitor your child's scores from school.
