Correspondence – Thank you from teachers for gift card

Council Report -- Nothing pertaining to Stokes

Historian – showed scrap book with pictures of the new playground.

Board of Ed – Dr. Murphy introduced a new procedure allowing community members to ask questions regarding the meeting’s agenda before resolutions begin.

PTSA – Use of Stop & Shop card will earn our school a percentage.  Chinese auction on 10/23 at Middle School.

Committee Reports

Banking – Going well. Next open house is on 10/7 – flyers went out today

Book Fair – theme is “trip around the world” – volunteers needed

Box Tops – send in your box tops by Friday 10/9 and register on the box tops website.

Cultural Arts – Will be schedule a show for end of October.

Hospitality – thanks to volunteers

Newsletter – will be published for end of October. 

PARP – volunteers needed.  Will send out a flyer and let the children decide which theme they want this year.

Pie Sale -- volunteers needed. Flyer went out today.

Room Rep/Class Parent Tea – October 14^th – notices to go home this week

School Pictures – October 19^th. Flyers will go out this week.

School Spirit – Nov. 12^th.  There will be pizza served for lunch.  Voluntees needed.  Cafeteria has been informed.

School Store – Going great!

Script – is a fundraiser where all gift cards could be purchased through the PTA.

Shared Decision – Meeting to be scheduled.

Website – Added a new tab for fundraiser.
