BLITZ BLITZ

Tickets are on sale now for the Blitz-March 9!!!

Tickets are $15 each and include one playing board, water, coffee/tea and dessert. Please send in your money (cash only) in an envelope marked Blitz tickets. Include the following info:Name, child's name, teacher, room and phone

 

This year we will be having a Gift Card Basket. Just bring a $5 gift card the night of the blitz and you will receive 5 tickets toward the basket.

The Blitz is a night for adult family members and friends of Stokes school to have fun, win great prizes, and $10 grocery gift cards! It’s a game of chance much like Bingo and Pokeno. 

 

The Stokes PTA winter fundraiser provides money for school events such as Team Adventure Day, Special Guest Day, 4th grade events, PARP and many other programs as well as funds donated to the school’s cultural arts program.

 

Each person will be able to purchase 2 tickets ($15.00 ea.) on a first come first serve basis. Your ticket provides the following:

·        Entry to game playing.

·        A playing board.

·        A bottle of water, coffee/tea and cake.

·        The opportunity to purchase additional boards, raffles and enter a 50/50 drawing.

 

The Blitz raffles are an exciting way to win great prizes while playing and are color coded by category:

·        Yellow: gift cards

          Pink: class baskets

·        Red: prizes values at $25-$100    (chinese auction) 

·        Green: our grand prizes (chinese auction)

·        Platinum: our super grand prizes (chinese auction)

·        White: 50/50 drawing      

          hot pink:$5 gift cards

 

Flyers will be sent home in the coming months for donations for the raffle prizes; $5 family donation for the grocery gift card prizes as well as a donation for your themed class basket. Look for a reminder flyer from your class parent with the theme for your donation.

 

Your generous support and volunteered time is always appreciated and is what makes the Blitz so successful! Volunteers are needed to set up, wrap baskets, sell raffles and canvass for donations. Even if you can't volunteer attending the Blitz goes a long way in supporting what the PTA does for the children.

 


Help Wanted

Volunteers are needed to canvass stores and shops for donations for the Blitz. This is a very important part of our fund raiser and can be done according to your schedule.
