MIDNIGHT

Hi my name is Kyle  and I am 11 years old. I have 2 dogs, a Russian tortoise, a hamster, and a cat. I am going to talk about my first dog, Midnight. she is a black lab. When I was 4, I wanted a dog so my mom and dad said if I could take care of a fake dog I could get a real dog .The way I would show that I was reasonable enough  to get a dog was by feeding it, walking it, cleaning it, and just taking care of it and I did. So for my 5^th birthday, my sister my dad my mom and I went looking for my puppy all day at stores and pounds but I didn’t find one that I liked. So on the way home my dad said, " lets get a newspaper” and we did. And in the ads there was a person with some puppies and we went and there was Midnight. She jumped out and licked me all over and I didn’t pick her she picked me .When I got home I went to sleep on the couch with her in her cage next to me on a chair and I woke up and I looked in the cage and I couldn’t see her. That’s how I named her. Right now she is 7 and in January 9th she will be 8. I didn’t pick her she picked me. I LOVE HER AND SHE LOVES ME  TOO.
