 WELCOME TO MRS. WOLFE'S PAGE!

This is my 18th year as a kindergarten teacher at St. Mary's and every year is new, different and exciting!  You never know what each new day will bring when you come in our classroom door.  We DO know that there will be tons of enthusiasm, lots of wide eyed wonder, love for learning and fun with friends.

A Little Personal Information about Mrs. Wolfe:

I am a native of Northfield, MN and graduated from Winona State University with an elementary education degree.  I have two daughters; Laura and Jennifer.  They are both graduates of St. Mary's School and Winona State University.  This year will be an adjustment for me as they are both living far away - San Diego, CA and Witchita, KS.  Mort and Ming, my two cats, will have to keep me company now!

When you visit our classroom remember:

You are now entering the world of a five and six year old.

If our chairs are too small for you, remember they fit us just fine.

If you must walk around our games and toys, remember that it is through this kind of manipulation that we learn.

If we are noisy, it is because we are learning to live with each other.

If we seem to be talking too much, remember that is the way we learn our language.

If we come up and talk to you, don't be surprised as we are open, friendly and curious, and we want to know you as our friend.

Enjoy our world, and when you leave, we hope you carry with you some of our enthusiasm for living and learning.
