Welcome to Earth Science! In this course, students will explore the world around them - from the ground up. Using a variety of methods, students will 'dig into' the following topics:

• Rocks and minerals
• Earth's structure and composition
• Geologic time
• Pangea and plate tectonics
• Weather, climate, and atmosphere
• Our place in space
• Astronomy
• Plus a few more that I might've missed

Much of our work will be done in class; however, there will be some outside assignments to be completed - keep an eye on the Homework page or use the My Calendar link above for details.
