Welcome to my Art site!

For all of my fellow Cub fans, wait until next year!!!

It's great to be back at school! I look forward to all the creative art that will be made with 3rd, 4th and 5th grade.

****REMINDER*****
Please make sure you have an old buttondown shirt or t-shirt to wear over your clothes as an art smock. We will get messy and some materials may not wash out.

Make sure you look at the calendar! I have posted the dates for 3rd grade Art Club. Permission slips will go out the week of September 14th. We will meet after school from 2:50 - 4:00 in the Art room for 5 weeks. Two sessions will be run starting the end of September on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

5th grade Art Club will begin after Thanksgiving and 4th grade Art Club will begin in February. More information on dates later.

**Try out the new puzzle!!! You have to spin some pieces to make them fit correctly. It's definitely a challenge!!!!**

Make sure you check out the Art Institute of Chicago during your next trip downtown. Thursday evenings from 5- 8 p.m. are FREE!! Also, the new children education center is free every day. You enter on Monroe street at the new Modern Wing.
