What are the library rules?- Bring your planner to check out books
- Behave appropriately and clean up after yourself
- Use computers appropriately. Only print an assignment one time.
- No one is allowed in the library if Miss Motter is not there.

When can I visit the library?
- During homeroom with a pass
- Students come with their Language Arts class approximately once a month
Where do I return my books?
- In the book drop in the hallway
What can I check out?
- Books for 3 weeks
- Magazines for 1 week
My book is late. How much do I owe?
- Day 1-5 late…no fines
Day 6+…5¢ a day up to $2.00 - Students cannot attend school dances or check out material if they have overdue books and/or fines on their account.
- Students can clear their account by either paying their fine with money OR donate a can good (1 can good for a fine $1.00-$2.00, etc.) OR help in the media center.
I lost my book. What do I do?
- Students are required to pay the replacement cost of the book.
- If the book is later found, the student will be reimbursed.
What happens if I damage my library book?
- Library books must be returned in the same condition they were checked out in.
- Depending on the severity of the damages, the student may be required to pay up to the replacement value of the book.
