In Class Work Students read section 6.2 and took notes. We discussed section 6.2. We discussed their homework assignment. Students wrote a list of common cliches they should avoid in their writing. Students were also instructed to only use the direct object tags "said" or "stated." If students word process their homework they are to use default settings: 12 point, Times New Roman font, with single spacing. All of these notes were written on the back of the handout given in class. There are also files attached to this window with the information given in class.
