weight room conditioning
PE2 will begin their weight room training this am. Weight training takes place on Tuesday and Thursday AM. Students will complete 7 assigned stations. They include: #1: Lat pulldown; #2: Leg curl; #3 Leg press; #4: twentty-five (or more) sit-ups; #5: 200 jumps (100 side-to-side & 100 front-to-back); #6: pull-ups; #7: ab-crunches. Students will mark their results on the form provided.
