Summer Reading Lists and Opportunities Read widely and often - all of you! Modeling a love of reading carries great weight with students. I am including area school district reading lists for a wide variety of selections to be used as suggestions. As a recent reading teacher in the Pittsford schools, I know how much effort goes into creating and revising their suggested reading lists. Use the Pittsford School District and other neighboring district lists as a starting point, not as a mandated list, for your summer choices. The End of the Year Jeopardy games that the Fourth graders worked on the last week of school are available for your summer fun. Click on the links below and see: Are you Smarter than a Fourth Grader? (**You will need PowerPoint in order to play these games. After the game opens, click on Slide Show on the tool bar, and View Show. Click on the chosen box for your question, down arrow for the answer, and then move your cursor over the home button to go back to the main board. When you have determined that indeed you are smarter than a Fourth grader, or not, click escape to finish the game. Thanks so much for playing!)
