The Favorite Poems Project
The brainchild of former U.S. Poet Laureate Robert Pinsky, the Favorite Poems Project collects thousands of American's reflections on their favorite poems. The highlight of this site is a series of web videos of both famous and average Americans reading and discussing their favorite poems. |

One of the best web sites with which to study the past, present, and future of American poetry. Here you can learn about famous and contemporary poets, download copies of poems, learn about new poetry books being published, keep track of important dates in the history of American poetry, and find out about poetry events near you. A definite must-visit. |
