Introduction

My intention in creating these 'forms' is to help you become a more reflective learner.  One goal is to help you learn to learn.  It is important to discover a compelling motivation to learn.  I believe that once you are motivated you can learn anything.   The next step is to identify the strengths and gaps in your learning.  By identifying the gaps, you can concentrate your study on those topics where you most need help.

Attitude Surveys

These forms will help both of us understand your motivations as a student.  My overarching goal is to teach you the things you need to have joy in your life.  Joy comes when you accept yourself fully as you are.   By filling out this form, we will both have a better sense of what motivates you to learn.

Pre- and Post- Concept Inventories

These forms will play a role in charting the progress of your understanding of the world of astonishingly small molecules that make up the stuff of life.  Understanding molecular concepts lie at the heart of understanding biotechnology.
