FIELDTRIPS

The teachers on Team Zambezi share the view that education goes beyond the four walls of a classroom.  In an effort to bring our students more than just the words written in a textbook, we have planned activities and fieldtrips that bring value and culture to their academic careers.  Unfortunately, fieldtrips can be costly and many of our families are experiencing job losses and the impact of a downward economy.  As we prepare to send permission slips home, we respectfully ask those of you who can afford to give a little more to consider a slightly larger donation. Any amount that you give would help to fund another child whose parents may not be able to. We are still hopeful that we will not have to cancel Shakespeare and our last field trip of the year, but it is a real possibility.
