8th Grade:

**Week of October 13th- All students should receive a progress report. If you do not receive one see me.**

** All students should have completed their Kitchen Safety Test; if you did not you need to see me. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.**

** Week of October 19th.....Students will be creating their sandwiches on Monday October 19th.....Tuesday October 20th students will be making and freezing their pizza sauce.**

** Week of October 26th....Students will make their pizzas on Monday October 26th.....On Tuesday students will create Halloween Cupcakes.**

*** Due to time restrictions....not all projects will be completed within the scheduled class period.....get to class on time and clean-up in a timely manner.***

Level One:

** Students received Progress Reports last week; if you did not receive one please see me.**

* Week of October 13th...Students will be creating their Beef Dish.*

** Week of October 19th students will be learning Dining Etiquette; students will have a powerpoint presentation and they are responsible to take notes. Students will then be instructed to create a proper dining table.**

** Week of October 26th students will create a Halloween dessert food lab.**
