8th Grade:

Students have created their food lab (cookies). Students also created a one-day lab using the Chex recipe of their choice. Students will begin Nutrition. During our lesson on nutrition we will learn using myplate.gov.

 **Level One and Two students:

Students have learned to boil an egg, created their Superbowl Dip choice and will be creating their Chex recipe lab. Once students have completed the Chex lab, we will briefly discuss the composition of an egg. Students will begin their study of International Cuisine next week, in preparation for their International Dinners.

*** STUDENTS ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO USE THE LAV DURING 9TH PERIOD IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY OR A DOCTORS EXCUSE IS PROVIDED.***
