If you want a book, you must order by April 1, 2010.
No additional books will be ordered for selling at end of year.
Yearbook Cover Contest
Submit original student artwork by Nov. 13 Entry Form
All Millard students, except those whose artwork was selected to be in the yearbook within the past two years, are eligible to submit their original artwork to be consider for the 2009-2010 Yearbook Covers. Two pieces of artwork will be selected, one for the front cover, another for the back cover.
Both winners will receive a free yearbook!
Original Design Cover Guidelines:
- All artwork is to be hand drawn and student generated.
- Use 8.5 x 11 sheet of white paper, portrait layout (not horizontal)
- Include the following information in any manner you desire:
Millard Elementary, Mustangs, 2009-2010
- Neatness and correct spelling is important.
- Use Thick Black Lines. No colored markers, colored pencils or crayons.
- For best results, draw lightly then outline with black ink (Sharpie)
- Erase all pencil marks before submitting.
- Do not write your name, age, or grade level on the artwork.
- This will help keep the submissions anonymous for judging.
- Attach the Entry Form below to your artwork with a paper clip. Do not staple or tape.
- Submit artwork to Millard PTA by Friday, November 13, 2009.
- Once winners are selected, they will be able to add their information if they desire before publication.
