New Enrollees: Registration packets became available in February 2009 in the school office.  Students entering Kindergarten must be five years old on or before December 2, 2009.

Beginning in March 2009 - Open Enrollment: Open enrollment for all other incoming kindergarten through 6th grade students will be held. Please note that registration is based on a first-come, first placed basis.

Continuing students: For K-5 students who already attend Millard, a Reservation Form will be sent home by mail in February. You will have to fill out the form and attach a copy of your current PG&E bill (or 2 pieces of business mail if PG&E is not in your name) and return to the school by February 28. Failure to return the Reservation Form and communication of residency by February 28 will result in your child not being on a class list for next school year. Even if you are not planning on being at Millard in 2009, PLEASE RETURN THE RESERVATION FORM TO YOUR CHILD'S TEACHER.

Intra District Transfers for Special Programs: New registrants wanting transfers for Science Magnet (Mattos), Spanish Immersion (Blacow & Grimmer) or Spanish Transition (Durham & Vallejo Mill) programs are available upon completion of registration.

Intra District Transfers: If your student has not been accepted to the lottery or you want to sign up for a magnet/bilingual program, you can apply for an Intra District Transfer between May 1-30. You can pick up the form at the home school.
