Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a student organization that strives to help students develop leadership qualities required in the business world. FBLA is the largest student business organization in the country with over 250,000 members.
MIDDLE LEVEL DIVISION
The Middle Level Division of FBLA at Riverchase Middle School is a proud member of the largest student business organizations in the world. The Middle Level division is the fastest growing division of FBLA, boasting over 13,000 members nationwide.
OUR GOALS
We strive to merge education and business to provide students with an excellent transition from school to work. As a member of FBLA students are exposed to three aspects of success:
Social - We get to know each other and have lots of fun.
Professional - We learn new things about business, attend conferences, and work on job skills.
Community Service - Where we give back something to the community that has given us so much to us.
ACCOMPLISHING OUR GOALS
To accomplish these goals, FBLA-PBL holds conferences and seminars; sponsors a competitive awards program; produces national publications; and provides scholarships, programs, and other services for its members.
