4TH GRADE PHYSICAL FITNESS AWARDS
|
|
The Physical Fitness testing program includes five events that measure muscular strength/endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, speed, agility, and flexibility. The children have an opportunity to qualify for the National fitness award or the Presidential fitness award.
Presidential Fitness Award- Students who score at or above the 85th percentile on all five events.
National Fitness Award- Students who score at or above the 50th percentile on all five events.
