Fitness Challenges!

This page contains workouts that don't require any equipment and will challenge you! Give them a try! Perfecting Push-ups! Do as many PERFECT push-ups as you can do (they must be perfect). Divide that number in half and this is the number you use to help you perfect your perfect push-ups. Example: If you can do 6 perfect push-ups, you will use 3 for this activity. Next, perform 5 sets of your magic number, resting 60 seconds between each set. Example: Perform 3 push-ups, rest 60 seconds, repeat 5 times. Wait 4 days and try this activity again, but with only 55 seconds of rest Example: Perform 3 push-ups, rest 55 seconds, repeat 5 times. Wait 4 days, try again, but with 50 seconds of rest. Perform 3 push-ups, rest 50 seconds, repeat 5 times. Wait for days... keep going every 4 days until you have no rest between each set... you should be close to now being able to do 15 perfect push-ups in a row without resting!!! Good Luck! Jumping Jack Pyramid Challenge! Begin by doing as many jumping jacks as you can in 10 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Next, do as many jumping jacks as you can in 20 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Finally do as many jumping jacks as you can in 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds. Now, work your way back down. 30 seconds jumping jacks, 30 seconds rest, 20 seconds jumping jacks, 20 seconds rest, 10 seconds jumping jacks, 10 seconds of rest. Rest 2 minutes, then repeat (and if you're really good, do one more set!). WOW!
