IT'S AS EASY AS A-B-C!! ALGEBRA is the branch of mathematics that deals with general statements of relations, utilizing letters and other symbols to represent specific sets of numbers and values in the description of those relations.
BIOLOGY is the branch of the natural sciences that deals with living organisms - their structure, function, growth, origin, evolution, and distribution - and how they interact with their environment. ADVANCED PLACEMENT (AP) BIOLOGY is a college-level Biology I course offered to high school students. The 2009 AP Biology exam will be given on the morning of Monday, May 11.
CALCULUS is the branch of mathematics that deals with limits, instantaneous rates of change of functions, and areas or volumes defined by functions. Calculus is unquestionably the most useful mathematical study, with applications in every branch of the physical sciences, not to mention computer science, engineering, economics, and medicine - in fact, any field where a problem can be mathematically modeled and an optimal solution is desired. ADVANCED PLACEMENT (AP) CALCULUS AB is a college-level Calculus I course offered to high school students. The 2009 AP Calculus exam will be given on the morning of Wednesday, May 6.
