President's Volunteer Service Award

PRESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD CEREMONY

Gelinas JH Gymnasium
6:00pm (recipients should arrive by 5:30pm - report to the cafeteria)
All recipients will be receiving official invites later this week.

(If anyone has any pictures of the children while earning their community service hours, please forward to Cathy LaPeters for a photo board to be displayed at the ceremony)
PRESIDENTIAL VOLUNTEER SERVICE AWARD Students are invited to work towards earning the Presidential Volunteer Service Award throughout the year. Students earn the award by participating in various Community Service activities, recording their hours and then submitting them in May. Please log all community service hours earned between May 1, 2011 - April 30, 2012. Attached is a chart you can use to log your hours. Also attached is a document listing the guidelines to receive the award. Please visit http://www.presidentialserviceawards.gov/ for more information.
