Dear Fellow Three Village CSD Parents –

Due to Governor Cuomo’s imposed 2% tax cap, our district will be facing extremely tough budgetary decisions for the 2012 – 2013 school year. We are enlisting your help to aid us in preserving the wonderful programs our school district offers. Here’s how you can become involved:

1)      Attend TVCSD Board of Education Meetings. Go to www.threevillagecsd.org Click on Board of Education, Click on  Public Notices and you will find the dates and location of BOE  meetings. Click on other tabs in this area and you will find BOE meeting agendas and minutes, audio files.  There are also BOE member email addresses to share your opinion.

2)      Attend any one of the following PTA meetings throughout the district to hear

      Mr. Neil Lederer, TVCSD Superintendent, speak about the budget. See the

      TVCSD website for directions to these school buildings.

January 9, 2012 – 7:00 PM – Ward Melville HS   OR    7:45 PM -  Minnesauke Elem. School

January 12, 2012 – 6:30 PM – Murphy JHS    OR    7:30 PM - Arrowhead Elem. School

January 20, 2012 – 10:45 AM – Special Education PTA – Minnesauke  Elem. School

                     January 24, 2012 – 9:30 AM – Gelinas JHS

3)      Sign up to receive eblasts for TVCSD Updates – go to www.threevillagecsd.org  Click on Sign-Up for District Updates located on the side bar

4)      Vote to preserve educational programs on May 15, 2012
