Consequences

First violation:           3 Verbal Warnings

Second violation:        Sign The Book; Parent notified.

Third violation:          Lunch Detention; Parent notified.

Fourth violation:       Lunch Detention; Parent notified.

Fifth violation:              After School Detention

Sixth violation:             After School Detention

Seventh violation:         Office Referral

Note:  Severe Disruptions- Student immediately assigned a consequence &/or sent to   the office.

PLEASE NOTE:  Within our team, VIOLATIONS are ERASED at the end of each month, and students begin with a clean slate. :-)
