CLASSROOM BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS: Each student is expected to behave in a respectful and positive manner toward each other and the lab equipment. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in loss of participation points, parent conferences/contacts, dean referrals or other consequences depending upon the situation. Computer equipment is expensive. Please refer to the “Computer Code of Ethics” for specific instructions in appropriate computer use. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the loss computer privileges. Remember, this course meets the computer literacy requirement for high school graduation! CITIZENSHIP: A student’s citizenship grade is determined by his/her demonstration of responsibility by being on time for class, attending to task, completing required work, and keeping a positive attitude toward peers and adults. Students will begin each week with full participation points. Should disruptions occur, participation points will be subtracted. The following grading criteria will be implemented: O Outstanding 90% S Satisfactory 70% N Needs Improvement 60% U Unsatisfactory 50%.
