ASSIGNMENTS AND HOMEWORK:

As a skill based course of instruction, the majority of the student’s work will be accomplished on the computer during class, therefore, it is imperative that students attend class regularly.   Class participation is essential for success and will contribute 30% of the total grade.  Keyboarding assessments and class projects will each contribute an additional 30% toward the total grade, with tests and quizzes adding another 10%.  Homework will only be issued when necessary and appropriate.
