EVALUATION:

Grading will be computed using a point system for tests, quizzes, projects, assignments, and class participation.  Total points earned for the term will be converted to a percentage and letter grade based on the following scale:

A         90%-100%      Excellent

B          80%-89%       Above Average

C         70%-79%        Average

D         60%-69%        Below Average

F          Below 60%      Failing

Students will be apprised of their grades approximately every two weeks.  Periodic “amnesty” days will   allow students the opportunity to complete any missing assignments.
