Sweet Home Universal Pre-K / Extended Day program
Sweet Home Universal Pre-K Program Parent Pre-K Orientation will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2008 in the Auditorium at Sweet Home High School from 6:00-7:00PM Pre-K Open House- Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at Glendale, Heritage Heights, Maplemere, Willow Ridge 1:00-1:30PM for morning classes 1:30-2:00PM for afternoon classes Before school care is available at Glendale, Heritage Heights and Willow Ridge providing space is available. Before school care will also be available at Maplemere depending on enrollment. Four Seasons Extended Day Program Any child in UPK who needs extended day care after UPK will need to attend the Willow Ridge Elementary or Heritage Heights Elementary UPK morning program. Four Seasons will pick up at dismissal and transport the children to our center at 1639 North French. If care is needed before the program the children may attend our before school program at Willow Ridge or Heritage Heights. Hello! My name is Kimberly Liebrich, and I am the Universal Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Maplemere Elementary School in conjunction with Four Season Family Childcare. I have been married to my husband Eric for 20 years, and have two wonderful children! My daughter Ashley (18) is entering her first year of college, and my son Garrett (9) will be entering 4th grade. Hobbies that I enjoy are knitting, reading, spending time with my family, friends, playing with our many animals (2 dogs, cat, bird, chinchilla, and our rabbit) and boating during the summer months. I currently hold my Bachelors degree in early childhood education (Birth -2nd) and my Masters degree in childhood education (1st-6th). This will be my fourth year teaching pre-kindergarten students, and it is an absolute joy to come in everyday and teach this age group! I always say that one never should stop learning—and I do learn so much from working with pre-kindergarten kids. We work hard, but have so much fun together; it is my hope that I give all of my students’ a strong school foundation and a genuine love for learning!
