Pickett's Mill has decided to become a "School of Leaders."  In order to do this the faculty is training throughout the year on the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" created by Stephen Covey.  As we become pros on the subject you will hear your children talking about the 7 habits too.  To give you heads up, the 7 habits are listed below:

2.  Begin with the End in Mind

3.  Put First Things First

4.  Think Win / Win

5.  Seek First to Understand and then to be Understood

6.  Synergize

7.  Sharpen the Saw
