Forms and Policies

This is where you will find all the information that I have handed out during the year.  Everything from scale sheets to supply lists, handbook stuff, letters home, you name it.  So get your parents to this page and make sure if you DO leave your forms at school, you have a backup plan!  Be responsible and take initiative in your commitment in band :)
