Types of Poetry

I love teaching poetry and having my students write their own version of it. 

I've just given you the names and a simple example of 25 types of poetry.  This is really for the teacher and I hope it helps you do more poetry in your classroom. 

I know I didn't get all the different kinds of poems, but here is enough for you to get started this year. 

I did these pages in pdf format so they would stay the same.  I just hope I did it correctly.
