Open Practices

• There are off-season sessions are designed to teach your student-athlete the finer points of the game.  We typically spend half the time doing skill development drills and conditioning.  The other half is spent just playing the game.
• Sessions are from 3:05pm to 4:30pm on Monday/Wednesday during the months of September and October.   Sessions do not happen if school is cancelled for any reason.
