Dear Members of the Little Falls Community,
As a School Counselor I fill a variety of roles in supporting our students academic, career and social emotional development. On any given day I can a facilitate a conflict resolution session, teach a classroom guidance lesson, print a schedule and/or aid students through individual/group counseling. I also often find myself supporting the creation of the master schedule, 504's, responsive interventions and functional behavioral assessments.
This year is my third year working within the Little Falls City School District. The School Counseling program has a number of exciting new initiatives this year, including our first eighth grade career day and a number of data collection initiatives. As a relatively new member of your community I look forward to collecting input on the strengths of our program. I am also keen to find areas where we can improve. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
Please take a look around my website to learn a little more about my approach to School Counseling. I've provided everything from my resume to resources for special needs students. However, do not hesitate to contact me if you need further assistance in any area. I will do everything in my power to support your student's pursuit of academic, social and career success.
Sincerely,
Jeff Busch
