Dear Parents,                                                   November 6, 2009

Some notes for the upcoming week: November 9-13

• Math- Chapter 9 and 10 will be combined. Ch. 9 deals with algebra in Multiplication and Division and Ch. 10 is multiplying by 1 digit numbers .  Expect a test over these two chapters the week of November 16th.
• Reading- We'll read the selection Stealing Home and we will be perfecting our ability to compare and contrast.
• English L/A- continue working with and identifying verbs (action, linking, helping)
• Spelling- irregular plurals
• Social Studies- Continue studying Chapter 3 Europeans in Indiana. Test Thursday or Friday.
• Religion- Saints projects due Wednesday. We'll be presenting them Thursday.  Be sure to check the "website" section to find some links to help.

Enrichment groups will start up again this week.
