Dear Parents,                                                   November 20, 2009

Some notes for the week: November 22-23

• Math- We will be begin to study data and data collection.  This is in preparation of Science Fair where graphing outcomes is an important skill.
• Reading- We'll keep reading our biographies and continue getting to know our characters through different assignments.
• English L/A- Drafting, revising and making a final copy of an expository writing piece
• Spelling- no spelling due to the shortened week
• Social Studies- Review for our Chapter 4 test on Tuesday.
• Religion- Preparing for our Mass December 2nd.  We have a 4th grade reconciliation service on Tuesday.  

• No Enrichment groups this week.
• Scholastic Book orders went home Friday the 20th.  You can order online and get a special bonus for yourself ($5 free book) and a gift for the class.  Orders need to be in by 12/7.
• We are running out of Clorox wipes, Kleenex and hand sanitizer.  Replenishing our supplies before the next round of flu hits would be wonderful.  Thanks for you help in this!
• "Theology of the Body for Parents" Sunday the 23rd-in the church from 6:30-7:45.  Information was emailed to families on Friday.

BRING IN THOSE CANS- Our class has already collected 90!
