Word Wall Tablets
Using the Word Wall Tablets

As you already may have noticed students have been bringing home word wall tablets full of new words.  These words are used in our daily reading lessons and are also a huge part of our tests.  The tablets should be kept in your child's folder on the return to school side ensuring that it goes home every night and returns to school everyday.  Students should read over these words once per night.

Here are some helpful ideas to help you use the word wall tablets at home....

1. Have children read the words out of order.

2. Have children use the word in a sentence.

3. Have children use more than one word in a sentence.

4. Play hangman with the words (or any other word game you might know)

5. Have fun with the words!
