Membership by Paula Strickland – not here. Dee: 747 approx.
Treasurer’s Report by Bonnie Colleluori - see attached.
Correspondence by Monica Wroblewski – folder passed around.
Council Report by Ruthanne Carey: see attached.
Board of Education Report – Oct. 12 recognition night. Rev. Bond issue vote this Thurs night 11/15. Play at HS titled Rumors.
Septa Report – Laura Darcy: Mini grants awarded to MS teacher. Applied for Avon.
Shared Decision Report – MMS: Mr. Bloom: Backpacks. Kids crossing Wantagh Ave. – to get police to help in getting the word out. Get school, parents, town government together to join in on this. Can we get a light up? Students need to be safe.

Committee Reports:
Blanket Fundraiser - Vicki DelGiacco: 9 left for anyone interested. Sold 9 doz. and 2.
Bulldog Clothing – Christine Holt: 90% stuff in, out by 12/3rd, 4th or 5th. Will be at MS on 12/1 sorting and bagging around 9ish.
Calendar Fundraiser - Kim Welsh: Slowed down, but pretty good.
Catalog - Vicki: have a lot from HS
Chinese Auction – Went well. Little things to be ironed out. About $2,400 profit.
Cultural Arts – Mrs. Potorski: Had a meeting, found 2 programs for the spring. Can we have an increase in money (motion)? The programs run from $1,400-$1,700 each, the budget is $1,200 (not even enough for one) increase by $2,200. Bonnie: once we know money from fundraisers. For now, increase by $500 to be able to book at least on now.
Question from Theresa Weinberg: maybe a good portion of Entertainment Books should go to Cultural Arts.
Josie: post prom would like some before we use all. Budget is $4,000. Umbrellas $360, ticket sales. Will have final numbers end of Jan.
Motion to add $500 to Cultural Arts by Christine Holt second by Linda Crivello.
Josie went over ticket sales - $10 each. “Daily number” Post Prom meeting next Thurs.
Entertainment Books - Theresa Weinberg: not finalized yet, sold over 600 books, and brings profit to $5,000. Sparkes Entertainment books will raise both schools.
E-mail notification – Bonnie C.: need to create database- getting help.

Holiday Gift Fair – Dee Leslie: Dec. 4th, ordered stuff

Pictures - Joni Reilly/Angela Carroll: went smoothly. HS $1,745.07 profit.
Poinsettia - Ellissa Fazio: sale begins Friday. You will find the form on the back of report cards. Please order, they are offered at cost.
Reflections - Lorraine Marlowe: not here – passed along a pack to Vicki.
Safety - Paul Shapiro: Nov 27, 9a.m. Mr. Parla’s office.

· Chinese Auction – It was a big hit. I want to thank everyone for their support. We had a great night and hopefully we will be able to do it again next year. Thank you again.
