An inspirational message was skipped in lew of the Pledge of Allegiance.

Introductions were made.

Minutes from the May meeting were waived.

The treasurer’s report was read by Cathy Manganiello.  As of August 16, 2009  the balance on hand is 16,059.92.  Cash in was none and cash out was none for the first meeting of the new PTSA.  Went over the Budget, and the estimates we expect at the date. The budget will be voted on at the next meeting because the membership chair was not present to tell who can vote on the budget as a paid member. Bylaws are also postponed at this meeting for the same reason.
