Unfortunately, due to budget cuts throughout the system, Broward County Schools has decided to eliminate softball from the middle school athletic program. This decision was based on the fact that since boys or girls do not play slow pitch softball in high school, it would make the most sense to cut this rather than eliminate other sports. This is very disappointing to all of us here at TTMS, since we have had tremendous teams over the past few years. Please encourage your children to participate in the other sports that we will continue to offer. If you have any questions about this, feel free to contact me.
