Campus Portal By clicking on the campus portal link, you can sign in to find out your grade in French! PARENTS: Your activation code is the same as last year. To activate a new account (or if you forgot), you must e-mail Mr. LaFrance at michael.lafrance@bcs1.org. He will need your student's name, date of birth, and Student ID#. STUDENTS: Your activation code has been reset for the 2009-2010 school year. Your User Name is your Student ID, and your password is your 6-digit birthdate MMDDYY. (Ex: January 1, 1995 = 010195) A few notes about my gradebook: 1) This is a total point system. Your grade is the total number of points earned over the total number of points possible. Although I have organized my grades into categories, these categories are not weighted.
2) Students are allowed to make up ONE late assignment per quarter, or as many late assignments as necessary to bring the grade up to a 65. You still receive credit for an assignment marked "late" in the gradebook. Even if you have already made up your one assignment for the quarter, it is important to make up all missing work so that you practice what we have been studying in class. If you hand in more than one late assignment, they will be marked "late, missing". You do not receive credit for these additional late assignments, but I will be very proud of you for your commitment to learning. (Of course, if are assignments late due to illness/absence from school, you can make up all the work you missed with no penalty.)
