Scholastic’s

Buy One/Get One Free Book Fair

May 5 – May 9, 2008

This spring, we are pleased to offer Scholastic’s “Buy One/Get One Free” book sale.                               All BOOKS, JOURNALS, POSTERS, AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES will be sold at

buy one/get one free.    For each item your child purchases, he/she may select another item of equal or lesser value free.  For example, if your child selected items that cost $6.95, $6.95, $3.99 and $3.99, you would pay $6.95 and $3.99 and receive the $6.95 and $3.99 items for free.  This fair allows FFHSA to pass on greater savings to you!

Stock up on summer reading books and fun activities!

Please note that the attached book list is only a small sampling of the books at the fair.

There are many more titles offered at the fair from which you and/or your child may select.

Book Fair Payment Information

Important information about checks:  Due to the recent change in the way banks process checks (effective October 29, 2004), checks which you write clear much faster.  The branch manager of Eastern Savings Bank (FFHSA’s bank) has given us this advice to pass on to people who write checks to us: “If the money is not in the account, do not write the check because it will clear as soon as it is deposited.  ‘Float’ time no longer exists.”

Please be aware that FFHSA deposits checks every day of the Book Fair, so your check will clear immediately.  Also, our account is charged $7.00 for each check that is returned for insufficient funds.  Unfortunately, should this happen, FFHSA will have to pass this charge on to you.
