Last fall, I started the PhD program in Instructional Design and Technology at Old Dominion University. I am thoroughly enjoying the experience.

Never Stop Learning

Although I am received my MS degree, I am not done with my education just yet.

Technology Update for my Classroom

I really like the IPods that I are used for my classes last year. They seem to have helped the students learn new concepts. I am using some of the techniques I have learned with the IPod on my Smart board.

Life After School

The Life after School students are going on field trips on a monthly basis. Currently, I am working with robotics. We have also added some friday afternoons as a fun day. Bus transportation is provided.

Technology Student Association

Last year, the Technology Student Association performed well at the Blue Ridge Regional Competition hosted right here at Pulaski Middle School. Mr. Mitchelland I took our 20 of the regional winners to the state competition the in the D.C. area. Overall, our students did well and our chapter placed 10th in the state. We will again host the regional competition here at Pulaski Middle School in March and are looking for judges. The state competition will take place in Richmond for 2012.
