6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Literature

Literature News for December 2009:

6th Grade:Reading Where the Red Fern Grows.  There will be a quiz on vocabulary and the context of the novel every seven chapters. 

7th Grade: Acting out A Christmas Carol in class and having class discussions.  Rough Drafts for the paper are due on 11-23-09.  The students have also been given the extra credit assignment for the quarter.  It is due 12-18-09.

8th Grade: Test on the Red Badge of Courage and then we begin Romeo and Juliet.  The rough draft for the Red Badge of Courage paper will be due on 12-2-09.

*All Grades: Oral Book reports due on February 4, 2010.
