The special education department of Cecil County has made available to parents resources at the Parent Resource Center. The center may be accessed through the Cecil County home page or by calling at 410-996-5637. By going to the home page you can navigate through the various links, and activities. Remember your first resource for help with your child's education should be your child's teacher. All teachers have an email address. To find out their address go to the high school webpage (this is listed on the welcome page) for a list of addresses and teacher webpages.
