Welcome to Mrs. Schwier's Home Page!  In third grade we offer a world of learning emphasizing faith, academic excellence and extra-curricular activities.  Join us as we create joke books for service men and women, donate to St. Jo's Orphanage, showcase our theatrical abilities in a Christmas play, enhance our technological skills during Computer classes, habla Espanol in Spanish, or excel in our Archidiocese Writing Exam!   Come and be a part of our Victory Family!

Interim report cards will be mailed Friday, 2/17 for those children who need them.  Could you please sign and return them by Wednesday, 2/22?  Thank you!

If you wish to send valentines in for your child to share on Valentine's Day, would you please have your child fill out enough for the entire class so no person feels left out?  We have such a wonderful community spirit and it would be wonderful to keep that going!  Thank you!

I found a wonderful web site.  Google Mrs. Peter's Classroom.  Click on Mrs. Peter's/Mrs. Gilner's reading stories third grade.  It will bring up pictures of every story we are and will be doing this year.  Click on the picture of the story and it will have a powerpoint presentation with pictures of the vocabulary words and definitons, comprehension questions, and sequence pages for each story.  You can use it for reinforcement or enrichment!
