In an effort to maximize your time and mine, I make myself available, by appointment only, to parents and students during the following times:

If the hours listed above are a conflict, I will be happy to make arrangements to meet with parents at more convenient times.

I strongly suggest you call or email me in advance. From time to time, staff meetings and such necessitate me being out of my room. With prior notice, it will ensure that I'll be available to you without interuption.

I am also more than happy to answer questions via email or snailmail. I make every effort to respond to all parental inquiries that same day.
