Are you interested in EXTRA CREDIT?
Extra credit is not a requirement for my art class. It is used as an educational tool to help the students become more familiar with artists as well and their art styles. Each month I will post an extra credit drawing assignment. Students are only allowed to hand in one drawing assignment each month. The extra credit assignment will be put towards his/her art grade.
Students should remember:
1.) When drawing, to draw light.
2.) When coloring , color in the same direction (Either all up and down, or side to side).

November's Extra Credit:
What's in a crowd?
Students are to draw a crowd of people in an unusual situation, like having a party in an elevator, for instance.
Students are to draw everyone's face different, different ages of people, different clothes, different body positions, and have their drawings tell as visual story.
Cartoon style is fine.
Students are to emphasize differences and overlapping, add lots of details
